Creator Referral & Affiliate Policy

This Policy governs EVVA’s Creator Referral Scheme and Creator Affiliate Programme. These initiatives enable eligible Creators to earn additional income by:

  • Referring new creators to the Platform; or
  • Promoting the content and profile of other opted-in creators via trackable affiliate links.

This Policy supplements the Creator Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable EVVA Policies. In the event of any conflict, the terms of this Policy shall prevail for the specific subject matter it governs.

All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned in the General Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated.

1. CREATOR REFERRAL SCHEME

1.1 Overview

The Creator Referral Scheme enables Creators to earn a commission from Company Name by referring new creators to the Platform using their unique referral link.

1.2 Eligibility and Conduct

  1. The Referring User must:
    1. Hold an active and verified Creator account;
    2. Not refer themselves or any entity they control, directly or indirectly;
    3. Share their unique referral link through lawful, compliant methods.
  2. The use of paid search advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads) to promote referral links is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from Company Name.
  3. Referral links must be used on the same browser session and device for attribution to be valid.
  4. Referred Creators must not have an existing business or personal relationship with the Referring User that would amount to commercial self-referral.
  5. Company Name may require supporting information to verify independence between Referring and Referred parties.

1.3 Referral Commission

  1. Subject to this Section 1.3, the Referring User shall receive 5% of the Referred Creator’s Qualifying Revenue, calculated after deduction of Platform Fees. Company Name may agree a different commission rate with an individual Referring User in writing.

  2. “Qualifying Revenue” means amounts paid by Fans to the Referred Creator for Paid-for Services and settled through EVVA’s payment systems, being:

    1. Tips;
    2. Paid messages and pay-per-view unlocks;
    3. Paid posts and content unlocks, including content sold through a Media Link; and
    4. Subscriptions to the Referred Creator’s EVVA profile, and renewals of those subscriptions.

  3. Qualifying Revenue does not include:

    1. Sales made through EVVA Checkout, including Checkout Links, Checkout subscriptions, and renewals of those subscriptions;
    2. Referral or affiliate commission earned by the Referred Creator: commission does not itself generate commission;
    3. Amounts not funded by a Fan payment, including Promotional Credits (as defined in the Credit Terms), giveaways, and other amounts credited by Company Name at its discretion;
    4. Any transaction on which the amount payable to the Referred Creator after Platform Fees is zero, including free trials and fully discounted purchases; and
    5. Revenue from any other product, service, or revenue stream EVVA makes available, whether now or introduced in future, unless EVVA states on the Platform that it forms part of Qualifying Revenue.

  4. Commission accrues only on Qualifying Revenue settled within the attribution window, measured from the date of the Referred Creator’s registration:

    1. 36 months where the Referred Creator registered before 9th April 2026;
    2. 12 months where the Referred Creator registered on or after 9th April 2026.

    Company Name may agree a longer attribution window with an individual Referring User in writing.

  5. Attribution requires the Referring User’s referral link or code to have been applied at the point of the Referred Creator’s registration. Where a Referring User is associated with an account after registration, no commission is payable in respect of that account.

  6. Commission is subject to a maximum of $50,000 USD per Referred Creator, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  7. No commission accrues in respect of Qualifying Revenue settled while the Referring User’s Account is suspended, banned, or closed, and commission does not accrue retrospectively for that period if the Account is later reinstated.

  8. Any refund or chargeback applied to a Referred Creator’s transaction will result in a corresponding reversal of the Referring User’s commission.

  9. Referral commissions are credited to the Referring User’s Creator Balance, categorised distinctly as REFERRAL, and are not subject to Platform Fees.

  10. Referral commissions are paid exclusive of VAT. Referring Users are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on these amounts.

2. CREATOR AFFILIATE PROGRAMME

2.1 Overview

The Creator Affiliate Programme allows Creators to promote the profile of another creator via a unique affiliate link and earn commission from qualifying Fan Payments generated by referred users. This is facilitated through the EVVA affiliate system.

Participation in this programme is optional and operates through public offers created by promoting creators.

2.2 Programme Structure

  1. The process works as follows:
    1. A Promoting Creator creates an affiliate offer through the Affiliate Platform;
    2. This offer includes a defined commission percentage set by the Promoting Creator, capped at a maximum of 50% of Fan Payments;
    3. Any other Creator may view and accept the offer to begin promoting the Promoting Creator;
    4. Offers are public and not individually approved or assigned.
  2. Creators may act as affiliates for a maximum of 5 different Promoted Creators simultaneously.
  3. Affiliate links are tracked via unique identifiers issued when an offer is accepted.
  4. Attribution operates as follows:
    1. If the referred user is logged out when clicking the affiliate link, attribution is based on a cookie stored on their device.
    2. If the user is logged in, attribution is tracked via their EVVA account and assigned accordingly.
  5. Commission applies to all Fan Payments generated by the referred User in respect of the Promoted Creator, including subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, and purchases made through the Promoted Creator’s Checkout Links.

2.3 Earnings and Payment

  1. Commission is:
    1. Paid out of the Promoted Creator’s net earnings;
    2. Calculated on the full value of qualifying Fan Payments;
    3. Subject to a maximum of $50,000 USD in total affiliate commission per promoted creator;
    4. Credited to the Affiliate Creator’s Creator Balance;
    5. Categorised distinctly as AFFILIATION;
    6. Settled after the standard pending period, set out in Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy.
  2. Affiliate commissions are not subject to Platform Fees.
  3. Affiliate commission is not payable on: referral or affiliate commission earned by the Promoted Creator; amounts not funded by a Fan payment, including Promotional Credits (as defined in the Credit Terms) and giveaways; or any transaction on which the Promoted Creator’s net amount is zero.
  4. Where commission is payable on a sale made through a Checkout Link, it is calculated on, and deducted from, the Promoted Creator’s net proceeds after the fees set out in the EVVA Checkout Seller Terms.
  5. At this time, promoted creators cannot disable or remove individual affiliate links once an offer has been accepted, although this functionality may be introduced in future updates.

2.4 Promotion Standards

  1. Affiliates may promote using any lawful traffic source, provided that:
    1. All advertising content complies with relevant laws, advertising codes, and third-party platform rules;
    2. Adequate disclosure of the commercial relationship is included (e.g. #ad, sponsored, or similar tags);
    3. Promotions must not:
  2. Company Name reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any affiliate activity that poses a risk to Platform integrity or violates this Policy.

3. ENFORCEMENT, TERMINATION & AMENDMENTS

  1. Company Name may suspend, withhold, or terminate participation in the Referral Scheme or Affiliate Programme if:
    1. The User breaches any applicable Policy or law;
    2. There is suspected fraud, impersonation, or self-dealing;
    3. Platform integrity or user safety is compromised.
  2. Participation in either programme does not establish any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between Company Name and the Creator.
  3. Company Name reserves the right to:
    1. Modify or discontinue the Referral Scheme or Affiliate Programme at any time;
    2. Amend this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted at legal.getsimplio.com, and significant changes will be communicated when required.
