This page records what changed in EVVA’s policies, when, and which documents were affected.
Two things it is deliberately NOT:
- Not a substitute for the documents themselves. A summary here is a reading aid. The document is the agreement.
- Not a notice mechanism. Where a policy says we will tell you about a change, we tell you the way that policy says — this page existing does not discharge that.
If a change matters to something you have already paid for or agreed to, the version in force at the time is the one that governs it. Ask us and we will send it.
