How These Policies Fit Together

  • The Buyer Terms apply to anyone purchasing through a Checkout Link, and explain who you are buying from, how payment works, and how refunds and disputes are handled.
  • The Seller Terms apply to anyone approved to sell through EVVA Checkout, and set out onboarding, listing, fulfilment, and compliance obligations.
  • The Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy sets out what may and may not be sold through EVVA Checkout.
  • The General Terms & Conditions and other applicable EVVA Policies continue to apply to your use of EVVA.
