The first published set. Every document in this hub is published here for the first time. There is no earlier version, so there is nothing to compare against yet: this entry exists so that the NEXT change has a baseline to be a change from.
What this set contains
- Policies for everyone — general terms, community guidelines, acceptable use, the standard contract between a fan and a creator, credit and rewards terms, content moderation, DMCA, non-consensual intimate image takedown, age verification, app store reviews, marketing, complaints, privacy, cookies, anti-slavery, and the USC 2257 disclosure.
- Policies for creators — creator terms, earnings and payouts, referral and affiliate, advertising and promotion, course terms, and co-authored content.
- Policies for checkout — buyer terms, seller terms, instalment terms, and the prohibited and restricted products policy.
What is deliberately absent
- Region-specific payment terms. EVVA does not operate a local payment rail that would need its own terms, so there are none here.
- An API access policy. EVVA publishes no public API. A policy governing one would describe a product that does not exist.
